Umhlali Prep celebrates 99 years of excellence

Take a peek at some of the fun had at Umhlali Prep last week during their 99th birthday celebrations.

Umhlali Preparatory School marked 99 yearsyear of educating the Dolphin Coast over the weekend and celebrations were held last week Thursday to commemorate this mammoth milestone.
Students, parents, teachers and alumni came out to enjoy some braai meat and good times with old friends on the field.

“The centenary gives us the opportunity to reflect on our past. We have always been a community school and we owe our success and strength to the support that we receive from it.

“I hope that our celebrations will see a coming together of current pupils, parents, staff and management as well as old boys and girls and their parents,” said the chairman of the
Umhlali School Governing Body, Jonathan de Wet.
