More after sales support than ever at Mascor Salt Rock

Roy Meter brings a wealth of experience as the new After Sales Manager, while additional technicians have been added to the Stihl and John Deere departments.

A new team at the Mascor agricultural, construction and forestry machinery franchise in Salt Rock, is significantly upscaling client services.

While still providing the same superior quality customers have come to know and trust, making the company the leader in its field, Mascor has added even more expertise to its leadership, sales and service departments.

Roy Meter brings a wealth of experience as the new After Sales Manager, while additional technicians have been added to the Stihl and John Deere departments.

Clients can rest assured that a purchase made at Mascor is a purchase made for life.

Aside from the new team, a revamped office will also soon greet the Salt Rock community.

“It is full circle for me, having grown up on a farm in Umhlali. I know the community and its needs intimately and will continue to ensure that customers and service delivery remain our first priority,” said Meter.

“Doing business at Mascor is not a case of simply selling equipment and then rushing the client out the door. The unrivalled after sale support is what really sets Mascor apart,” said Sales Executive, Kobus Reiners.

“We make it our business to fully understand clients’ needs so that we can help them with the best implementation of our products. We are results driven and ensure clients’ partnerships with us are seamless,” Reiners said.

Mascor has set its sights on bigger and brighter things which are soon to materialise, with staff working hard to ensure that goal is achieved.

With a new team comes expanded offerings, and Mascor believes it has everything one could possibly need in the agricultural, construction and forestry sectors.

There has never been a better time to see what is on offer with Mascor’s upcoming Black Friday and Christmas sales in the pipeline.

On November 26 the dealership will host a fun-filled family day with jumping castles and a host of games for the kids.

Parents are bound to have the most fun, however, with up to 15% off on in-store machinery.

Make sure to come down and see the new store for yourself and meet our super team.
