Three gunned down in Umdloti drive-by shooting

One man died on scene from his injuries.

One man was killed and 2 others were critically injured in a drive-by shooting in Umdloti this evening.

At about 6.50pm on Tuesday, Netcare 911 responded to the shooting on North Beach Road.

Netcare 911 spokesperson Shawn Herbst said the 3 people had been seated in their vehicle at the time.

“Medics assessed the scene and found a bullet riddled car.

“The two patients were treated on scene by paramedics and once stabilised were transported to hospital for further care,” said Herbst
