Starry jazzy night

Brettenwood Coastal Estate opens their new residents' facilities last Saturday.

Brettenwood Coastal Estate was abuzz on Saturday October 5, with the opening of the newly completed Woodland residents facilities.
The theme of the evening was “Starry Starry Night” and with the weather holding out, over 250 invited guests enjoyed the evening under the stars.
The Caribbean Connection steel drum band welcomed guests on arrival with champagne and canapés.
Even after the defeat of the Springboks by the All Blacks, the evening kicked into high gear with jazz by the, David Langley Trio, providing sublime
entertainment for the rest of the evening.
The new facilities include a 25 metre lap pool, heated aerobic pool, kiddie’s pool with a 16 metre water slide (apparently the biggest water slide on any estate in the country), state-of-the-art gym,
amphitheatre with seating for over 150 people, an infra-red sauna and a coffee and TV lounge.
“Besides the clubhouse being used for the various facilities, it provides an opportunity for home owners and residents to get together and build and strengthen the community spirit of Brettenwood,”
said Peter Cameron of Home and Country Property on Brettenwood Coastal Estate.
