If you are sitting in your third meeting for the day and you are doodling away on your notepad while the boss talks boring stats, do not stop.
People who doodle during information intense meetings or classes, will actually remember more from that meeting than anyone else.
Sunni Brown delivered a TED talk on this issue, trying to prove that doodling is not a distraction but a way of igniting your mind.
Brown is the co-author of GameStorming: A Playbook for Rule-breakers, Innovators and Changemakers and she is the leader of the Doodle Revolution.
She says in her talk that doodling is a pre-emptive method for people to stay focussed, rather than losing focus.
