Hawks seek assistance from public in armed robbery case
The Durban Hawks believe that there might be a link between these cases.
The Durban Hawks members are appealing to the public to assist them in their investigation of various armed robbery cases in the North Coast area.
The investigation is into a robbery where KwaDukuza Engen garage employees were allegedly approached by six or more men armed with AK47 rifles and handguns.
It was reported that they took an undisclosed amount of cash before they fled in their own white Audi and silver grey Opel vehicles.
Police suspect these vehicles are used in other crimes such as ATM bombings and cash-in-transit heists.

The man in the picture may also assist with a robbery that took place in September 2015 at Mandeni Mall.
The Hawks believe that this man can provide valuable assistance in solving these crimes.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the man is requested to contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Sbusiso Mishack Ntshangase on 031 333 8000/ 083 520 8812 or the Crime Stop number 08600 10111 can also be contacted.
