Car plows into pedestrians in Tongaat
One person was killed and three more were injured.
Three pedestrians were hit by a car on the R102 just after 5pm resulting in the road being closed between Paul Naidoo Road and Fairbreeze in Tongaat.
IPSS Medical Rescue operation manager Ajith Gareeb said one pedestrian was killed and two others were in a critical condition.
The driver of the vehicle had minor injuries.
The cause of the accident will be subject to police investigation.
