A microlight pilot made an emergency landing on the beach in Salt Rock, between Christmas Bay and Granny’s Pool around 12pm today.
The pilot was not injured and the aircraft was not damaged.
There were no passengers on board.
Microlighting is a popular tourist attraction on the Dolphin Coast with spectacular views of the coastline on offer.
