Multiple patients injured in N2 accident
A light delivery vehicle t-boned a car on the highway.
Five people were injured when a light delivery vehicle crashed into another car on the N2 between Ballito and Tongaat.
IPSS Medical Rescue’s Paul Herbst said the vehicle lost control when it hit the centre median.
“The vehicle lost control and t-boned another vehicle on the N2 southbound,” said Herbst.
The driver of the other car was mechanically entrapped and had to be extricated by the KwaDukuza fire department.
“The patients suffered minor to moderate injuries and were all transported to hospital,” said Herbst.
