Hazelmere Dam is currently 32.2 percent full but water restrictions still apply.
Halfway into our rainy season, we are yet to receive any good rain to fill our dams and rivers and replenish the underground water table.
With El Niño expected to remain strong until at least April, chances for sufficient rain before the end of the rainy season are slim and every drop of water should be treated as the last.
