Learn to create a disability accessible office at ladies networking morning

Recently winning the July Ilembe Chamber and Margaret Hirsch Woman Achiever of the Month Award was Lesa Bradshaw, a partner of Bradshaw Le Roux Consulting, recruitment and assessment specialists and disability integration consultants.

Lesa was born with a genetic condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a condition that causes muscular weakness in all the voluntary muscles in the body. Technically, Lesa should not be able to lead an independent life, but technicalities have never bothered Lesa.

This vivacious, funny, optimistic blonde bombshell has a nine year old daughter, is a psychology honours graduate, a registered psychometrist, and an MBA Graduate, having completed her dissertation on strategies for integrating people with disabilities into the workplace.
