Showing that hard work pays off, Ballito’s Rawson Properties proved they really do mean business after scooping top regional awards two weeks ago.
The Ballito branch of Rawson took first prize for the most residential units sold as well as for the highest net commission earned. This is an excellent achievement taking into consideration that Rawson Ballito only opened their doors two years ago!
Andrew Grant-Smith, one of their top performers took first prize for the highest commission earned and second prize for the most residential units sold in KZN.
Office manager Denise Hattingh attributes their success mainly to the value they add to customers.
“All our agents are extensively trained to ensure the quality that we aim to deliver to our clients is not only met, but exceeded.
“The most important quality is that staff should have a passion for their work and that is exactly what we have here at Rawson Properties. We also believe in branding, knowledge, experience and hard work.”
With more than 18 years of experience under his belt, Andrew Grant-Smith said that working on the North Coast and seeing how the property market is growing has been an exciting and fascinating journey.
“Ballito in particular, has grown and continues to grow at an alarming rate. Our warm Indian Ocean and the fact that the King Shaka International Airport is just a stone’s throw away, makes it a popular destination.”
Rawson Ballito wants to thank you – the public – for your support up to now!
We believe the new satellite office in the Ballito Junction will add to a good customer experience, and we look forward to meeting you.
Remember, we are never too busy to receive your referrals!
We would also like to take the opportunity to wish everyone a Blessed Christmas and a prosperous New Year!
