One dead in horror N2 accident

The driver of the motorbike was killed on impact

A motorbike driver lost his life this morning after reportedly rear-ending a truck at high speed on the N2 north bound.

According to IPSS Medical Rescue‘s Paul Herbst, the bike burst into flames after impact and was left scattered across the highway.

Exact detail to the cause of the crash and preceding events is still speculative and will form part of the police investigation.

The N2 North bound left lane just before the King Shaka International Airport off-ramp has been re-opened.
