Woman hit by train in Tongaat
Her body was discovered next to the train tracks early this morning
A woman in her mid twenties was killed after reportedly being hit by a train in Tongaat, Fairbreeze area this morning.
SAPS Tongaat and IPSS Medical Rescue were notified of a body that had been found lying next to the railway tracks.
Upon arrival it became clear that due to the extent of her injuries, she had most likely been knocked down by a train.
This is the second reported train incident this week after a man was hit by a train in Compensation, Ballito.
