What you need to know about the latest Facebook changes

Follow this step-by-step guide to ensure that The North Coast Courier stays on top of your Facebook news feed.

Facebook recently announced that they will make changes to its news feed so that media content will no longer be as widespread as always.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a statement that Facebook’s goal is to connect people and have them share stories and memories amongst their Facebook friends.

“Based on this, we’re making a major change to how we build Facebook.

“I’m changing the goal I give our product teams from focusing on helping you find relevant content to help you have more meaningful social interactions.

“As we roll this out, you’ll see less public content like posts from businesses, brands, and media.”

Be sure to prioritise the North Coast Courier and follow these steps to ensure you never miss a thing:

When you select a person or page to see first, their posts appear at the top of your news feed. The person or page won’t know you selected them.
