Wagtail home buyer scores a muscle car with Union3
On Monday this week Union3 kept their word by conducting the lucky draw at Ford Ballito, and even brought in former Springbok ace Butch James for the draw.
First-time homeowners had a 1 in 32 chance of scooping a super muscle car prize, which resulted in the sold out sign going up in a mere 6 months at Brettenwood’s Union3 Wagtail sectional title development.
Designed by Bloc Architects, construction of the luxury estate at Sheffield Beach began in early 2018.
On Monday this week Union3 kept their word by conducting the lucky draw at Ford Ballito, and even brought in former Springbok ace Butch James for the draw.
The winner, Dr Roeland Perold, was not present but was contacted by phone with the news.
“I cannot believe it, this certainly makes my day,” he said, adding he could not wait to phone his wife.
The draw was conducted by Sanjog Sing of KPMG Auditors.
