The most expensive property sold is situated within the Simbithi Eco-Estate.
The home was on the market for about six months and was under construction during the sale.
The Pigeonwood Road home was sold in a joint deal between Campbell Properties and Local Real Estate.
The ultra-modern and stylish home was built by Sygnatur Project’s John Goss and designed by Metropole, and boasts excellent views of the ocean.
