Men’s business breakfast discusses turning pain into power

Funds raised from the event will go toward Wings of Hope, a growing non-profit entity invested in the mental well-being of the community.

Only through being vulnerable can one begin to heal.

This was the core message at the Wings of Hope Men’s Business Breakfast held at Sheffield’s Elaleni Coastal Forest Estate last Thursday.

Shifting from burnout to bliss by understanding the human psyche was the main topic of discussion.

“One must understand how to work with yourself rather than in resistance to what’s happening in your life,” said Wings of Hope project manager, Dee Kullen.
