Making a difference – one flop at a time

Chilloes began their FUNdraiser at Umhlali Preparatory.

The Ballito born flip flop company, Chilloes hit the road with their FUNdraiser and started their trip at Umhlali Preparatory School last month.

The team taught the pupils how to build their very own flip flops in just four easy steps.

A total of 30% of the proceeds go back to the school as one of the annual fundraisers, allowing the school to allocate the funds as they need it.

Founder of the cool ‘chill your toes’ slops, Shani Joubert said the Chilloes team are going to take the fundraiser tour nationwide to promote Ballito all over the country.

“It is our way of getting the pupils actively involved, while having fun growing their creativity at the the same time,” said Joubert.
