Poor treatment at clinic

Since October, the service at the KwaDukuza Clinic has become pathetic.
I go to the clinic once a month at about 6.45am to collect my chronic medication and I only come out at 4.15pm.
The staff treat us like dirt. We sit outside after entering at the gate, then go into the building at 8.30am. After registry opens, we sit and wait to be called to be checked by one of the doctors, who have very poor attitudes.
Before October, we used to be out of the clinic by 10am. Now we can see the nurses and doctors and managers walking in and out, but nobody cares about us. Furthermore the doctors says they are doing us a favour. That is not true. They are getting paid and no doctor can refuse us treatment.
