Allow me to please say that I notice a big difference in the cleanliness of KwaDukuza town.
There doesn’t seem to be so much litter laying all about on the sides of the roads and the drains.
Even at the end of Lindley Street there seems to be some excavation or trimming so that it doesn’t look so bad.
It’s a good thing, too.
Seemed the local area was tossing all their (almost) empty Styrofoam plates and cups down at the end of the street and the mongooses were having a field day.
Not only mongooses, but I saw a huge monitor lizard the size of a small crocodile that could easily harm someone, browsing in the area for scraps.
Please, all citizens and municipal workers, keep up the good work, and a big thanks to Mr Sipho Mkhize of KDM who I think must have been instrumental in improving the appearance of the town.
