In the cut and thrust of a typically smelly and chaotic ‘rubbish dump’ the reception office is headed by an unassuming lady by the name of Lali.

One is greeted with warmth, professionalism, courtesy and a smile when engaging with Lali who, notwithstanding her chaotic surroundings, provides her services from arguably one of the most pristine offices imaginable.
