The annual Virgin Active Lifestyle Golf Challenge is fully booked a full three weeks before the event tees-off.
Previously known as the annual iLembe Chamber of Commerce, Industry Tourism Networking Golf Day, title sponsors Virgin Active and the Lifestyle Centre have come on board this year.
All 28 of the 4-ball spots have been confirmed which might leave a few keen golfers and businesses sorry that they did not get their bookings in early.
Event organiser Michelle Larkens is looking forward to the event and is grateful to all the sponsors and businesses that booked four-balls and sponsored holes.
“Unfortunately I cannot open up any more spaces for 4-balls as we have reached the course limit,” she said.
There is still space for one banner and one hole sponsorship.
Larkens is also proud to announce the North Coast Courier Orphan Fund will be a recipient of funds raised as its selected charity partner for the Golf Challenge. The Orphan Fund will not only be given the opportunity to man a hole on the day but will also benefit from the funds raised,” she said.
Larkens thanked Capitec Imali Management Services, Deloittes and Touche, Liberty, Virgin Active, Tash B Pilates, Sage Restaurant, Mozambik Restaurant, Supaquik, Grandstand Pub and Grill, Tops Liquor, Salt Rock Surf Shop, Bernards Jewellers and Transnova for sponsoring holes and prizes.
The golf day tees off on Tuesday, June 3 with a shotgun start at 11.45am.
