North Coast runners stay active

The park and Tinley Manor runs are held every Saturday morning at 8am, at Holla Trails and Numz Adventure Island respectively.

The Parkrun, one of South Africa’s best supported community exercise events, saw typically strong support at Holla Trails last weekend.

More than 250 runners took on the 5km course, with Nkosinathi Dumobala grabbing first place in a time of 19:25.
