Third Ballito Pro Skate Jam pulls out all the stops

Fans witnessed an awe-inspiring display of skills at the third annual Ballito Pro Skate Jam held on Saturday afternoon.
The event, organised by Old School Productions, showcased the remarkable abilities of both local and national skateboarders, leaving the audience captivated.

It was also further proof of the professional quality that the Ballito Skatebowl on Hilary Drive possesses after it was upgraded as part of the RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors #sparkuptheparks campaign three years ago.

Using his home knowledge, Ballito’s Ezra Vosloo emerged as the champion in the U16 boys division after impressing spectators and judges with his flawless manoeuvres.
Warrick Edgar secured a commendable second place, while Caleb Ambrose rounded out the podium positions.

In the men’s division, Durban legend Kalvyn Mac Millan stole the show with an exceptional performance, earning him yet another local skate victory.
Khule Ngubane finished a close second and also claimed the prize for the best trick of the event while Damian Bramley wrapped up the third position.
Janine Louw showcased her prowess in the women’s section, outshining her competitors and securing a well-deserved victory. Bexx Sneddon finished second.
