It was all high-speed action at Curro Mount Richmore’s fourth annual Soapbox Derby held last week.
Pupils dressed up in their themed outfits and raced around the track taking turns to jump behind the wheel and push the soapbox.
Even the teachers and parents helped to keep up with the speed when the kids’ energy levels ran low.
Vendors from around town made sure everyone’s batteries stayed charged in between races with a variety of food and drinks on offer.
