Casterbridge Motorcycle Museum ready to impress visitors

The motorcycle museum at Casterbridge in White River has now officially opened its doors to the public.

A visit will introduce you to a range of interesting bikes and memorabilia of years gone by and probably if you bump into the curator, Freddie Viljoen, and interesting discussion of how things have changed since you took that bike which your dad owned for a skelm ride.

Should you wish to donate any interesting memorabilia or even a motorcycle to the museum, please contact Freddie on 072-114-3770.

This scooter – totally made from driftwood, was done by well known White River artist Tony Fredrikson.

The Museum’s logo and signage were done by resident Casterbridge artist Charl Bruwer. busy.
