Riverside service station held up

Early morning robbery rocks a Riverside service station.

ARMED men held up a service station on Riverside Road early on Monday morning. According to police sources three men entered Riverside Motors at about 7.18am this morning and demanded money.

They held up the cashier and  fled in a vehicle with an unknown amount of cash.  Last week a high speed chase led to the arrest of two men involved in an early morning robbery in Greenwood Park. The suspects opened fire on the police and were later apprehended by the Canine Unit.
