Top SA comedians for Durban Comedy Week

Win tickets to see Mark Banks and Marc Lottering live in action in Durban.

SOME of the biggest names on the South African comedy scene will perform in Durban from Wednesday, 28 September until Sunday, 2 October.
The heavyweights on the bill of the Durban Comedy Week are Tats Nkonzo, Mark Banks and Marc Lottering. The trio will be joined by the likes of Devin Gray and Gino Fernandez who hail from Cape Town as well as Khanyisa Bunu from Gauteng in shows presented by On Fire Comedy.

Carvin Goldstone, Jem Atkins, Neil Green, Kelvin Stoffels, Masood Boomgaard, Arnotte Payne and Neville Pillay are also on the line-up. The first show kicks off on Wednesday,  28 September at the Amsterdam Comedy Club where entry is R50. The show starts at 8.30pm.

On Thursday, 29 September at the New York Comedy Club entrance will cost comedy enthusiasts R60 and the show gets underway at 8.30pm.

Friday Night Comedy on 30 September is a brand new addition to Durban Comedy Week, where SA’s top comedians get to perform alongside Durban’s very best, delivering 90-minutes of non-stop comedy entertainment at the Durban Jewish Centre Comedy Hall at 8.30pm.

Banks and Lottering will have you in stiches  when they perform in the Ballito Comedy Carnival. It’s the biggest ever comedy event to hit Ballito and will take place at the La Montagne Resort. Tickets are R120 at Computicket or Checkers, or at the door. Show starts 7:30pm.
