One arrested after crashing through Glen Anil wall

The occupants of the car miraculously escaped injury.

A MAN was arrested after crashing his car through a wall on Glen Anil Street in the early hours of Tuesday morning. According to Kyle van Reenen of Marshall Security,  the incident occurred at about 2am.

“The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody by SAPS and the homeowner pressed charges against the driver. The passenger of the vehicle was let go,” he said.

According to Netcare 911 spokesman Athlenda Mathe, the men miraculously escaped injury.

“No injuries were reported after the vehicle crashed into a residential wall. When paramedics arrived on scene, we found that two men had escaped injury,” she said.
