“Public order policing are in attendance. At this stage Crisis Medical are attending to a 30 year old male who sustained injury when police fired rubber bullets in an attempt to disperse the crowd. The M19 is closed to traffic heading towards the city. Motorists are urged to use alternative routes. It is believed the protest is over the demolition of informal dwellings in the area,” Kyle van Reenen of Marshall Security said.
