The swift response and co-ordination among residents, private security, and police prevented further loss in the incident.
TWO suspects were arrested late on Monday night following a break-in at a residence on The Knoll in Kenville.

Marshall Security responded to a report from a client at approximately 22:10, after the caller observed suspicious activity at a neighbouring property, which is not under Marshall Security protection.
“Upon arrival, armed response officers found signs of forced entry, including a forced open window pane and bent burglar bars. After hearing movement inside the house, officers entered and found one suspect hiding in the bathroom. A second suspect attempted to flee through another window but was intercepted and apprehended at the scene,” said Marshall Security spokesperson Tyron Powell.
“Swift teamwork between alert residents, Marshall Security, and SAPS once again prevented greater loss, demonstrating how vigilance and rapid response secure our community,” he added.
The property owners were notified, and members of the Greenwood Park SAPS arrived shortly afterward to detain the suspects and transport them for processing.
