Facebook community roasts driver following Durban North crash
The only 'roasties' a driver received following a crash along Beachway in Durban North was from Facebook users and their sense of humour.
Durban North residents got an unexpected version of Fast & Furious: Beachway Drift Edition on Friday evening (May 15) when a driver allegedly lost control of his vehicle and launched it straight into a boundary wall near Mackeurtan Avenue.

Emergency teams from KZN VIP and other services rushed to the scene, only to find the car looking like it had tried to apply for permanent residence inside the property. Miraculously, the driver escaped without a scratch.
But while emergency crews handled the accident, Facebook detectives handled the comedy.
Keith Tillett kicked things off with:
“Call it Cremora.. it’s not inside, it’s on top!”
Freda Humphreys added some life advice:
“Taking shortcuts don’t always work…”
Ebrahim Mahomed couldn’t resist:
“Someone drove him up the wall.”
Leon Govender shifted the story into movie mode:
“Tryd a Vin Diesel move here for sure.”
Then Shane Nepaul arrived with the perfect punchline:
“Some ous got no boundaries.”
And Jason Moodley ended the thread with legendary status:
“That wall was built by Chuck Norris.” 💪😂
Thankfully no injuries were reported, but Durban Facebook commenters once again proved they’re South Africa’s fastest emergency response unit when it comes to jokes.
