THE Northtglen News article, on page four of last week’s refers. I agree with Brian Daish. It is deplorable that local residents should have their peace disturbed by excessively loud music / functions at the Moses Mabhida Stadium and Blue Lagoon.
Why must the volume and bass be so high that it can be heard kilometres away? Show some respect.
