Treverton College shows off its winning ways

It’s been a great start to the year for the College

Treverton had an amazing third week of school, with both Prep and College activities on the go. The College hosted a social where the pupils got to mingle, socialise and build new friendships over music and dancing.

The Matric Dance Committee has a tuck shop where they raise money for the matric dance and outreach projects they involve themselves in throughout the year.

Treverton’s U/16 basketball team excelled at the annual Michaelhouse U/16-A Basketball Festival. There was great excitement, with the boys playing exceptionally well. There’s definitely lots of potential there!

The results were as follows:

Treverton 26 Michaelhouse 9.
Treverton 24 St Charles 17.
Treverton 22 Alex 19.
Semi-final: Treverton 25 Hilton 28.

Third / fourth place play-off: Treverton 11 Michaelhouse 52.
The boys also played their season fixture against Michaelhouse and emerged victorious once again by 26 points to 21. Well done to the team on their great performances against tough opposition.
