Molls pip Eagles in the final over

It’s do or die for many local cricket teams as the season draws closer to an end. A win can catapult a team into the semi’s while a loss means another trophy-less season.
T20 Night League – Tigers vs Rebels
Rebels batted first and could only manage 77 before they were bowled out. Alistor made 21 and Yusuf made 13. Arshaad took 4/13 and Joey took 2/9 as Tigers tightened the screws. They then chased down the score with 9 overs to go and with 8 wickets in hand. Saied made 28 and Logan made 18. Alistor was Rebels best bowler taking 1/2 and Aezaz took 1/7 but it was not enough to stop the Tigers roar.
Endumeni Development vs Molls
Endumeni Development batted first and amassed 147/7 in their allotted overs. Zeze was in scintillating form with the bat, making 62 while Mikaile made 18. Chris took 2/21 and Wilfred took 2/23. In reply Molls were bowled out for only 96. Henry top scored with 31 and Chris made 15. Ashley took 2/13 and Mfundo took 2/15 as Endumeni picked up the win.
Molls vs Ace Eagles
Ace Eagles took to the crease first, making 144/3 from their 20 overs. Waheed made 39 not out and Abdullah made 34. Molls best bowlers were Daniel who took 1/23 and Cameron who took 1/25.
Cameron then led the run chase with an impressive 60 not out while Henry made 23 as Molls won in the final over. Ashruf took 1/20 and Abdullah took 1/22 for Ace Eagles as they tried in vain to stop Molls.
30 Overs Saturday League – Tigers vs Pakistan Lions
Pakistan Lions batted first and made 158/9 in their 30 overs. Adeel made 34 and Farouk made 22. Logan was Tiger’s best bowler, taking 4/28 while Amith took 2/31. In reply Tigers were bowled out for only 86. Saied made 20 and Keegan made 13. Farouk took 4/24 and Ali took 3/13 as Pakistan Lions won the battle of the big cats.
Molls vs Ace Eagles
Molls batted first and scored a massive 184/9 in their 30 overs. Henk top scored with 38 while Daniel and Brett both made 34. Abdullah was the best bowler for Ace Eagles taking 3/32 while Ahmed took 2/30. Ace Eagles then took to the crease and could only manage 130 before they were bowled out. Ahmed made 33 and Ashvir made 27. Henry took 4/23 and Daniel took 2/15 as Molls picked up another good win.
Tigers vs Rebels
Rebels batted first and made 140 all out thanks to 41 from Alistor and 37 not out from Riaz. Udeshan took 3/6 and Logan took 3/31 for Tigers.
In reply Tigers chased down the score in blistering fashion, making 141/3 from just 130 overs. Logan top scored with 42 and Keegan made 35. Farhad took 1/18 and Yusuf took 1/19 as Rebels were just no match for Tigers.
