It’s a race to the finish at Wonderland Daycare and Pre-school

Learners, egged on by their parents, participated in various fun activities at the annual sports day

Colourful bunting flags welcomed the learners of Wonderland Daycare and Preschool, as well as their parents, to the annual sports day.

The NG churchyard was crowded with family, friends and well-wishers as the happy children took part in various races.

Proud parents and siblings video the races while cheering the little ones on.

In perfect weather, the little ones were in good spirits and were ready to impress their loved ones. After a joyful parade, two learners recited prayers, one saying, “Dear God, help us to run very fast today…”

Before the whistle was blown ahead of the first race, the educators helped the learners gear up, making sure their shoelaces were fastened.

Parents cheered their children on from the finish line, capturing the precious moments with their cell-phones.
The event was enjoyed by all who attended and participated.
