Vryheid parkrun hailed a few Comrades heroes by encouraging locals to start a journey that could end up competing in the most grueling, ultimate human race. Parkrun once again dedicated their support to the Comrade runners on Saturday. The two top spots went to Julieann Potgieter and Julias Chituku, with Julieann taking first place. They also welcomed visitors Harriët and Petrus van Rooyen from Potchefstroom, and first-timer Nonsikelelo.
Anyone is welcome to join parkrun every Saturday at 08:00.
