TUESDAY night practice at Vryheid Rugby Club began with an auspicious visit from an esteemed guest.

Martin Grobbelaar of FNB came bearing gifts for the club in the form of FNB branded kit bags, water bottles and lanyards for the players, who are already hard at work getting into shape for the 2016 season. With team spirit manifest among players at the club, even ahead of the upcoming matches, the season looks set to be a promising one.

Club President, Rieg Verster welcomed Grobbelaar and thanked him on behalf of Vryheid Rugby Club for the sponsorship and support of FNB. He also shared some uplifting words of motivation with the players who were present at the practice.
