Windswept voters undaunted by weather

Ward 8 residents were able to have their voices heard in the form of a ballot without fear of intimidation.

DESPITE the remarkably windy conditions on August 3, residents turned out in their numbers at voting stations across AbaQulusi to cast their votes in the 2016 municipal elections.
Vryheid Library was one such voting station where voting took place from morning until night without incident and Ward 8 residents were able to have their voices heard in the form of a ballot without fear of intimidation.
