On Tuesday evening, December 2 the learners of Glencoe Primary School came with pride to the school to be rewarded for their hard work through the year. This is the event that they have been waiting for, for the whole year!
The evening started off with the sport prizes. These prizes included learners representing Glencoe Primary School at higher level. We are proud of the large number of learners that accomplished this level of sport.

Perseverance in sport: Siphiwumusa Masimula.
Sportseun van die Jaar: Jean van Deventer.
Sport Girl of the Year: Nonkululeko Vilikazi.
Next on the programme were the culture prizes.
Conquesta winner: there is one learner that deserves special mention – Bandile Zondo received 100% in one of her Conquesta exams.

Learners who have progressed academically throughout the year received special mention as they really deserved it!
Alle leerders wat 80% of meer vir hul jaargemiddeld bereik het spesiale meriete sertifikate ontvang vir hul harde werk.
The top ten learners from Grade 4 up to Grade 7 received certificates for this achievement. This is an achievement any learner and their parents can be proud of.
