Estcourt Christian Academy celebrated the achievements of its learners at their annual prize giving held on November 28, 2013.
The guest speaker, Mr Graham Yoko, was accompanied by his wife Pam who graciously awarded the learners with their certificates and trophies.
As the CEO of Accelerated Christian Education, Mr Yoko held his audience captive with his enlightening and encouraging address, inspiring both parents and learners alike regarding present-day Christian education in South Africa, as well as its future.
He also shared about how the ACE system is used extensively throughout 142 countries of the world, and so, as Mr Yoko so aptly put it, “The sun never sets on ACE.”
Joshua Nowlan received the prestigious Dux Award for his outstanding academic performance and was presented with the trophy sponsored by Eskort Ltd.
He was also awarded with the Senior Academic Excellence trophy, sponsored by Ian Eden and Associates. The school would like to congratulate Joshua on his achievements and wish him all the best for his future endeavours. A very enjoyable and encouraging evening was had by all.
