Ntando Magubane achieved a total of 7 A symbols. She attributes her success to her mom being the driving force behind her studies.
“I studied quite hard this year. I revised a ton of old exam papers and went to every exam hoping for the best,’ says Ntando.
Her parents, Mbuso and Bern Magubane, are the picture of pride. “They are the most supportive parents ever; I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them,” said Ntando.
Ntando will be going to the University of Cape Town to study medicine, and hopes to one day become a paediatrician.
“I take everything day by day. I like to see the fun side in everything. Looking at the big picture can be overwhelming,” she concluded.
