Good deed handing out holy books

They also contained bookmarks, stickers and pocket mags for children

The Ramakrishna Centre distributed over 1000 book packs free of charge to Hindu families in the Ladysmith area on Monday afternoon.

The packs included books such as the ‘Ramayana’, ‘Hinduism for Children’ and many others. They also contained bookmarks, stickers and pocket mags for children. The devotees involved in the distribution also used the opportunity to share a smile, spread a positive message and socialise with the recipients of the books.

The Ramakrishna Centre will be starting their educational classes on Thursday (January 16) and parents are encouraged to enrol their children.
