CTM Newcastle unveils revamped store

The re-designed store showcases the latest home design trends and products.

CTM Newcastle has re-launched under a new franchisee following a three-month revamp that has transformed the store into an immersive customer experience designed to leave you feeling inspired.

Instead of packed racks, every space in the store has been carefully curated to recreate physical manifestations of trending designs, stimulate the imagination, and invite you to linger and discover ways to make your home even more beautiful.

Even the building itself is designed to inspire new ideas, with the outside walls showcasing the latest trends in wall cladding and outdoor tiles.

Setting the scene with its lifestyle vignettes, CTM transforms the shopping experience from an unwelcome chore to a memorable journey that will make you fall in love with the space while you shop for the fixtures.

“Our customers will enjoy the fresh new look. We have even more products than before and all the latest designs at the best prices,” said store manager Sizwe Dlamini. “We are here to make your home beautiful!”

Store re-design puts inspiration at the forefront

The official launch of the new-look store took place on May 30, with fantastic sales promotions, instant prizes for customers who made a purchase on the day, complimentary hot dog rolls and a jumping castle for the children.

“Our motto is ‘Big Savings, More Style’,” said CTM operator Stefan Swanepoel. “We are here to inspire. We always keep up with the latest trends so we are continuously showcasing new items.”

Latest trends and flexible payment options available

Longer format and large format tiles are what’s trending at the moment, according to Dlamini and Swanepoel.

“They visually open up spaces, making rooms look larger due to fewer grout lines. Another benefit is faster installation time,” they explained.

Other new products include a range of mosaic tiles and stone-finish baths.

To top it all off, CTM Newcastle now offers different ways of paying, including Payflex and PayJustNow.
