Police are appealing to the public to assist them in locating a man who is believed to have been kidnapped.
53-year-old Joseph Kock was last seen in Douglas on January 29 by his sister. Joseph is a truck driver who was on his way to make a delivery in Durban from the Northern Cape. After completing his delivery, he was on his way back home, but never reached his destination. His truck was later found abandoned close to the N3 near Ladysmith. At this stage, it is suspected that he may have been kidnapped. Mr Kock is described as being of average build and height, and is toothless.
Ladysmith police are investigating a case of kidnapping.
