Last week the Newcastle Advertiser shared a shocking video of a young boy beating up toddlers at a day-care centre.
According to FoxNews in a report on July 25, 2012, police acted on the terrible footage, which was taken at the Kiddie City Care Center in Vicksburg, Mississipi in America.
The boy has since appeared in youth court with his mother, who told FoxNews it was not the first time the boy had taken to beating defenseless toddlers. As he was under 12, he did not face any criminal charges. The report stated that police believed any punishment would focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment.
The day-care worker was also fired, and arrested in charges of contributing to the neglect of a minor.
