A man living in Farquhar Road was confronted by thieves this morning (Friday) as he was busy taking a shower.
He heard a noise and immediately dropped everything to see what was going on, but was too late when he noticed his front door ajar. Upon investigating he noticed his wallet and cellphones missing.
It appeared that the thieves jumped a precast fence to gain access to the man’s property.
K9 officers responded and recovered the stolen possessions, which the suspects apparently dropped as they jumped the fence again during their escape.
