Our patients and clients will agree that they have enjoyed benefits of quality improvement projects spearheaded by Mr Mkhize like the improved waiting time before getting service, which has been reduced dramatically. His immense contribution has never gone unnoticed, he has left a mark and moreover challenged all other employees in all categories to follow his footsteps for this institution to provide the best service to Estcourt communities. May his soul rest in peace.
