Doug Mingay from Bradfin, the CCTV camera system providers, delivered a progress report on September 19, at 10am in the council chamber.

The positioning and height of the cameras were also finalised at this meeting, after CPF member, David Allen, made constructive input.

Mr Memela and Mr Zulu from the financial department and Mrs Rudo Mabyibasi Senior Electrician Manager from the electricity department, Rob Edward Umtshezi’s IT technician, CPF member David Allen and Mr Doug Mingay from Bradfin were present. Later that day Mr Mingay and Mrs Mabyibasi went out to position power points for the installation of the CCTV Camera systems.
