Mr Memela and Mr Zulu from the financial department and Mrs Rudo Mabyibasi Senior Electrician Manager from the electricity department, Rob Edward Umtshezi’s IT technician, CPF member David Allen and Mr Doug Mingay from Bradfin were present. Later that day Mr Mingay and Mrs Mabyibasi went out to position power points for the installation of the CCTV Camera systems.
